Hcg lunch today. I’m trying to add in a few more calories because I am also trying to tone up with 30 Day Shred. I lost 1.1 pounds this AM, and am down to 144.5 from 150. I am really surprised with the daily losses because I have been adding in a post workout recovery Actimel or protein powder after I’m done with the video each day. I must be doing something right :)
Today I have lost .7! I think it is because I was really strict and drank a lot of water! I hope I’ll keep it up :)
I have not moved a bean for a week, since I have started doing 30 Day Shred. I am really hoping diligence to the HCG program will help me to continue to lose again. I have been eating more than what is allowed to make up for my increased toning, which is probably the issue. I just don’t want to be “skinny fat,” or lose weight but also lose my endurance. Today marks a new day to adhere to stricter HCG foods, and if I feel light-headed, I’ll choose a small serving of protein and veg or fruit in addition to the protocol. Wish me luck!
